MedAdhere was a concept application that answered the question of how to reduce readmissions using technology. I provided UX and design for two prototypes, one for post surgery recovery and the other for psychiatric care. Each prototype utilized user input and tracking to present data to providers. They additionally gave tools to users to manage their medications and improve patient-doctor communication.
